Things to consider when choosing a Personal Trainer. Miss them at your own cost.
Does everyone need to concentrate so much on macronutrients? More importantly does everyone need to be taking all sorts of supplements?
You work out, maybe several times a week, you've been doing it for some time - why why aren't you getting the results you want?
Why it isn't enough to just go to the gym.... you actually have to do something (if you want to see any improvement)
The number one reason goals are so important compared to vague ideas - accountability
Online training (online coaching) is not the same as Personal Training (PT). I don't stand beside you as you workout. This has the double benefit of you aren't limited to online being able to have your workout when I am available - you can choose to do it whenever you want to!
As your coach I write the programme, keep you accountable and help get you to your goal(s).
