When booking classes....

  • Click on the session you are interested in to start the process.
  • All Village Hall classes can be booked online here, if you don't want to book online you can turn up and pay but you'll need to contact us first to check availability and then please turn up early to complete the paperwork.
  • The easiest method would be to set up your own login account, that way you reduce the process for re-booking any class, but that's optional.
  • If you have never attended one of our classes, find the session you are interested in then choose the NEW CLIENT option.
  • If you have attended any of our classes before, find the session you are interested in then select EXISTING CLIENT option.
  • All gym classes can be booked at the respective gym(s), please note some gyms only allow gym members to attend the classses.

Class Descriptions

Gentle Exercise - a yoga based session where participants can choose to remain seated (or not)

Yoga - Hatha based yoga/ Hatha-flow, suitable for all levels. All are welcome. We can provide mats, bricks and blocks.

Strong & Steady - a class aimed at helping prevent trips and falls. Primarily lower body and balance exercises.

Kettlercise - a branded kettlebell class. Routines change typically every 8 weeks. "One piece of equipment, one goal, fat liberation.". Suitable for all levels.

H.Core Lean - a branded bodyweight HIIT class, different training methods used in each routine. A decent level of fitness is recommended

H.Core 2.0 - a branded kettlebell HIIT class, two kettlebells are used for every exercise, different training methods used in each routine. A good knowledge of kettlebell useage is required (e.g. having attended Kettlercise at least 6 times) and a decent level of fitness is recommended.
