 All the services offered apart from Sports Massage can also take place. online.  Online can be one to one, or you working to a programme in your own time. 

 

The quality of the service is just as good online as it is in person, but it allows for a choice to suit the client.

 

Example:

In- person session Personal Training 1 hour session. I stand beside you instructing you, checking your form, motivating you, etc. For Online PT it's still a 1 hour session, I am still available for you for the entire hour, nothing changes when it comes to instruction, checking your form, motivation, etc. 

 

This is the same for Yoga and Classes.

 

Online Coaching - sessions will typically be 1 hour, but you work on your own at a time to suit you - my videos will show you how to perform the exercise and follow the cues. We then have coaching calls to aid your training.

So various options are covered. In person at the gym or in person at your home,  online with me, 'online' on your own.

 

Not everyone feels they need me to check their every move, in which case online-coaching could work better for them.

If you feel that you don't need me watching you for an hour at time or you are super motivated and don't need me beside you to provide motivation, then this is ideal. You get a personalised programme and I am still there for check-ins to keep you on track throughly online coaching sessions (Zoom meetings)

 

 Personal Training

Online Coaching

 

Online coaching is similar to online Personal Training. I write programmes specific to your goals, the difference is that you do the workout when you want, I won't be there (online) with you at the time. We have weekly or bi-weekly onlice coaching sessions for 15 minutes to cover any questions etc. These programmes get results!

 

 

 Yoga

 

 If you have practised yoga before then you already understand all the benefits. But many people that haven't tried it seem wary of it.

 "Don't you need to be super-bendy?", or,

 "It's just for hippies isn't it?", or,

 "I'm not doing all that chanting!", or,

 "Oh it's too religious for me....".

 You get the idea.

 As with yoga, there can be many misconceptions about Sports massage.

Group Fitness

Classes

Group fitness classes are an excellent way to improve your fitness levels.

Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or already extremely fit, in most classes you will get as much benefit out of them as the effort you put in. Work hard and gain the benefit, irrespective of how fit you already are.

 

The yoga classes* are hatha/flow based and are taken by Jo or Chris in several locations across the region from Scotch Corner down to Grantley Hall - and online.

 

Other exercise classes covered range from circuit training through to HIIT, via Kettlercise and H.Core Lean/ H.Core 2.0

Nutrition Coaching

 

Nutrition Coaching is particularly effective if you know that food seems to be the main problem for you. No dieting, just scientifically backed coaching towards a healthier attitude to your food and personalised workout routines too (you can select workout to be done at home or workouts that can be performed at home with basic equipment.).

This is an online service, and even has an app!

 More and more companies are now offering health and wellness related services to their staff. Usually this will be performed on-site, but can also be away from the company buildings.  

 The company picks what services will be offered and if this is for group sessions or 1-2-1.
