ABOUT ME


Hi,

I'm Chris Childs.

Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Online Coach, Nutrition Coach, Fitness Class Instructor, Breath Coach and Sports Massage Therapist.

Working with private 1-1 clients in their homes, online, or at Active Life Leisure Club.

I teach regular classes at Hale House studio in Northallerton as well as online, and at two gyms in the area.

I also do freelance work on behalf of North Yorkshire Sport, corporate events and and run yoga workshops too.
