During lockdown everyone is concerned about the coronavirus, all the services offered apart from Sports Massage can take place. online. Sports Massage is not available until after lockdown.

 

 

 

  • Nutrition Coaching is particularly effective if you know that food seems to be the main problem for you. No dieting, scientifically backed guidance towards a healthier attitude towards food and a personalised workout routines too (which can be done at home if you choose).   • As a Sports Massage therapist there are several ways I can help whether you are actively training for an event or have never been a sports person in your life. For more information click here.
  • Group Fitness classes are a great way to keep fit (or help to get you fit). The yoga classes* are hatha/flow based and are taken by Jo or Chris in several locations from Scotch Corner down to Grantley Hall. Other exercise classes covered range from Circuit training through to HIIT, via Kettlercise and H.Core Lean/ H.Core 2.0 .
  • All services are also available in whole or in part, for corporate wellness
  • Apart from Sports Massage, all services can be performed remotely (online PT, online nutrition coaching, online Yoga(1-2-1)  and online classes)
