During lockdown everyone is concerned about the coronavirus, all the services offered apart from Sports Massage can take place. online. Sports Massage is not available until after lockdown.

  • Group Fitness classes are a great way to keep fit (or help to get you fit). There are a variety of exsrcise classes ranging from Circuit training through to HIIT, via Kettlercise and H.Core Lean and H.Core 2.0.and TRX More information about classes
  • Nutrition Coaching is particularly effective if you know that food seems to be the main problem for you. No dieting, scientifically backed guidance towards a healthier attitude towards food and a personalised workout routines too (which can be done at home if you choose).
