Example - take the example for Personal Training.
In person session - 1 hour session. I stand beside you instructing you, checking your form, motivating you, etc.
Online PT - 1 hour session, I am still available for you for the entire hour, nothing changes when it comes to instruction, checking your form, motivation, etc.
Online Coaching - sessions will typically be 1 hour, but you work on your own at a time to suit you. We have coaching calls to aid your training.
So various options are covered. In person at the gym or in person at your home, online with me, 'online' on your own.
Not everyone feels they need so much one to one time, in which case online-coaching would work better for them. If you feel you have a fairly good knowledge of exercise and how to perform it safely enough that you don't need me watching you for an hour at time, then this is ideal. You get a personalised programme and depending on which service tier you opt for I am still there for check-ins to keep you on track.
