The quality of the service is just as good online as it is in person, but it allows for a choice to suit the client.
In- person session Personal Training 1 hour session. I stand beside you instructing you, checking your form, motivating you, etc. For Online PT it's still a 1 hour session, I am still available for you for the entire hour, nothing changes when it comes to instruction, checking your form, motivation, etc.
This is the same for Yoga and Classes.
Online Coaching - sessions will typically be 1 hour, but you work on your own at a time to suit you - my videos will show you how to perform the exercise and follow the cues. We then have coaching calls to aid your training.
So various options are covered. In person at the gym or in person at your home, online with me, 'online' on your own.
Not everyone feels they need me to check their every move, in which case online-coaching could work better for them.
If you feel that you don't need me watching you for an hour at time or you are super motivated and don't need me beside you to provide motivation, then this is ideal. You get a personalised programme and I am still there for check-ins to keep you on track throughly online coaching sessions (Zoom meetings)
