Online coaching is based on working to a fitness programme, at a time to suit you, with check ins with your coach to check you are on track

The programmes can be done at home with only llimited equipment required (or you can choose to follow the programme at a gym if you prefer?)

 

Check ins are usually up to 15 minutes - once a week or fortnightly, depending on how much coaching you choose
