For many people, "abs are made in the kitchen".

Do you take part in any regular physical exercise?

If not then it's not really a major surprise you don't have a washboard stomach.

But what about all those people that regularly exercise 3 or 4 times a week and still can't see their abs? It could be one of two things.

1. The exercise programme you are using is not working for you.

2. Your programme may be just right for you, but your nutrition is sabotaging all your good work!

"I eat really healthily, I just don't understand why I can't lose any weight".

or

"I hardly ever eat anything"

Common phrases reported by many people with weight issues.

Whilst you may eat healthy food, how much of it you eat can scupper your plans.

Even if you eat well and eat the right amount of food for you and your goals ....sometimes it's all the little snacks and treats that people forget to factor in that can be the problem.

If you read the last blog post you'll know on average it takes around 12 weeks to see changes.

That's 3 months.

Commitment is required.

Unfortunately many people will quit their new routine long before that.

If you know it's likely to take 3 months to see changes then surely the time to start is now!?
Why wait till next week?

Don't make it a New Years Resolution - it's 2 months till January, if you start now you could be well underway to acheving your goals by the end of Janury instead of just starting.

If you need a Personal Trainer then get in touch (now) and I'll see if I can fit you in at a mutually convenient time.

If you know it's your dietary habits that let you down and you need help with nutrition then contact me now, I can explain to you how the Nutrition coaching works and how it is far cheaper than my PT sessions (it is in no means inferior, it's primarily cheaper because I don't stand with you for an hour at a time). If you know it's your diet that is the problem and you are prepared to change that, then this is the solution you need. You don't even need to live locally, this can be done anywhere that you have internet access.

'Today' is NOW, 'maybe later' is PROBABLY NEVER.
