Online coaching can take many forms, in this instance we are relating it to fitness training, then giving considerations as to how online coaching could benefit you.
Online training (online coaching) is not the same as Personal Training (PT). I don't stand beside you as you workout. This has the double benefit of you aren't limited to online being able to have your workout when I am available - you can choose to do it whenever you want to!
As your coach I write the programme, keep you accountable and help get you to your goal(s).
